You can then close other browser windows and leave the Status window open to continue checking the status of the EB-105EX. As long as you keep the Status window open, it is dynamically updated. Accessing information with the WebLink WebTool The WebLink WebTool provides a link to another web page or to multiple web pages, provided you have a valid Internet connection. The administrator at your site sets the WebLink destination(s). Using EFI Job Monitor On a Windows computer, you can use EFI Job Monitor to track the status of jobs sent to the EB-105EX. In addition, Job Monitor tracks the status of consumable materials on the EB-105EX and alerts you to any EB-105EX or copier errors that interfere with printing. NOTE: If you are running Windows 9x/Me, Job Monitor only tracks jobs sent to the EB-105EX from your workstation. Jobs sent from other workstations are not monitored. By default, Job Monitor automatically starts in the background each time you start Windows. Once the utility is started, the Job Monitor icon ( ) appears in the Windows taskbar. Click this icon at any time to display the Job Monitor window if it is hidden. If a printing error occurs on the EB-105EX, the Job Monitor icon appears highlighted in red.
