QX3 Wireless Headset RF-QX3 QUICK SETUP GUIDE Congratulations on your purchase of the RF-QX3 wireless headset. This headset represents the state of the art in wireless headset design and is designed for reliable and trouble-free performance. Package contents • QX3 headset • Charger • Quick Setup Guide Features Power/Send/End button Volume down Volume up Earpiece Indicator light Charger connector Charging the battery Charge the headset before using. • Connect the charger to the headset and to a power outlet. While the battery is charging, the indicator lights red. When the battery is fully charged, the indicator lights yellow-green. Turning the headset on and off 1 To turn on the headset, press and hold the power button for about two seconds. The headset beeps and the indicator blinks yellow-green. 2 To turn off the headset, press and hold the power button for about four seconds. The headset beeps and the indicator briefly lights red. Pairing the headset 1 Press and hold the Power/Send/End button for about four seconds. The indicator rapidly flashes yellow-green. 2 Release the button. The headset is now in pairing mode. 3 Activate the Bluetooth connection from the phone. See your phone's documentation for instructions. 4 Set the phone to start searching for Bluetooth devices. 5 Select RF-QX3 from the list of found devices. 6 If necessary, enter a PIN Code 0000 to pair and connect the headset with your phone. In some phones, you need to make a connection separately after pairing. The light starts to blink slowly after pairing and connection. Making a call To... Do this... Voice dial Press the Power/Send/End button. Redial Double-press the Power/Send/End button. Answer a call Press the Power/Send/End button. End a call Press and hold the Power/Send/End button for two seconds. Refuse a call Double-press the Power/Send/End button. Change the volume Press the Volume up or Volume down button. Transfer a call between Double press the Power/Send/End button connected devices while in a call to transfer call to handset.
