Select Off and set the MTS setting to Mono. 1 Press the MENU button to display the menu. Press the UP/DOWN buttons to select "Sound Mode", then press the ENTER button. 2 Press the UP/DOWN buttons to select "MTS", then press the ENTER button. 3 Press the UP/DOWN buttons to select "Mono", "Stereo" or "SAP", then press the ENTER button. • If the sound quality is poor while you are watching a program broadcast in stereo, press the MTS button and select "Mono." • You cannot use the bilingual function while you are watching a program in mono. To select the Sound option
If you live in an area that has poor reception (due to weak frequency), you may hear
noise and experience poor sound quality during the channel selection.
Select Off and set the MTS setting to Mono.
If the sound quality is poor while you are watching a program broadcast in stereo,
press the MTS button and select “Mono.”
You cannot use the bilingual function while you are watching a program in mono.
