If the screen does not display
properly
Does
the product
get supplied with
proper power?
If the product does not turn on,
see the “If the product does not
turn on” routine.
Check if the power board properly
outputs +5V, +3.3V, +17V,and -12V
on CN2.
Are
those PCBs
properly connected
with each other?
Check each of the PCB connectors
connectors,
cables and FFC for the connection,
and replace any component
defective.
1.REAR <
POWER:2pin HARNESS
2.REAR > CCD: 20PIN FFC
Are
the settings of
the camera OSD
menu properly
configured?
Check if the menu settings are
configured to your preference and
adjust the settings (On/Off) if
necessary.
# For more information, see the
user guide.
Is
the lens
connected properly
to the 4pin harness?
p
Check the lens, and replace it if
necessary. Especially, check if the
harness is properly connected.
Check CN3 of the CCD PCB and
lens as well.
Does
each
regulator output a
normal voltage?
Check the followings of the CCD PCB.
-C86+: +1.2V
-C87+: +2.5V
-C75+: +3.3V (REG)
-IC20-1pin: +9V
-IC2-1pin: +15V
-Q2-E: -8.5V(-6.8V)
Does
the RESET
voltage (HIGH)
output properly?
Check if the voltage on CCD PCB
IC15-2pin is +3.3V.
- Check IC15 for the bus line, and
replace it if necessary.
A
Does
the main
clock work properly?
Check if the oscillator of the CCD
PCB X1 work properly, and replace
it if necessary.
