Answering a Call Call Answer Select from two methods for answering calls. This option can be changed in the Settings menu. 1. In standby mode, press the MENU (left) soft key ( ), then press (for Settings), (for Call Settings), and for Call Answer. Tip: You can also carry out this procedure using the QWERTY keypad. The following options appear in the display: • Any Key - Pressing any key except or answers a call. • Send Key - Only pressing answers a call. 2. Use the Up/Down navigation keys to highlight the Call Answer option of your choice. 3. Press OK to activate the method for answering calls. Call Waiting If you're on a call, your phone beeps when another call is incoming. Contact your Wireless Carrier for availability. 1. Press to connect and ask the calling party to remain on the line. 2. Press and the second caller is placed on hold and you're returned to the original caller. 3. Press to alternate between calls. Caller ID Caller ID lets you identify who is calling you by displaying a caller's number. If the caller's name and number are stored in Contacts, the caller's name also appears. If you've assigned a picture to the entry, it appears in the display as well. Call Block You can prevent your number from displaying on another phone's caller ID screen by enabling Call Block. 1. Call Answer
Select from two methods for answering calls. This option can be changed in the
Settings
menu.

In standby mode, press the
