Menu functions Applications (Menu 3) • Lock/Unlock: lock the application to protect it from being deleted, or unlock the application. • Upgrade: upgrade the application to the latest version, except for embedded games. • Send information via text message: send the URL containing the application via SMS, except for embedded games. • Memory status: access memory information for applications. • Network settings: customize a connection profile to be used for applications requiring network access. The following options are available: APN: enter the access point name of the network gateway. Login ID: enter the user ID. Password: enter the password. Proxy: select whether or not the phone uses a proxy server to launch the web browser. Proxy settings: customize the following proxy settings: When the proxy is set to Enable: - IP address: enter the gateway address. - Port: enter the port number. When the proxy is set to Disable: - DNS1: enter the primary address. - DNS2: enter the secondary address. SIM-AT (Menu 3.6) This menu is available if you use a SIM-AT card that supports SIM Application Toolkit menus and provides additional services, such as news, weather, sports, entertainment, and location services. Available services may vary, depending on your service provider's plans. For details, see your SIM card instructions or contact your service provider. 48
