Activating Your Device Contact your Wireless Carrier and follow their instructions for obtaining service, if necessary. Install the Battery Note: Your device comes packaged with a partially charged rechargeable standard Li-Ion battery and travel adapter. Important: You must fully charge the battery the first time you use your device, otherwise you could damage the battery. You can use your device while the battery is charging, but the battery will take longer to recharge. 1. Slide the battery into the compartment so that the tabs on the end align with the slots at the top of the phone.(1) Press the battery down until it clicks into place.(2) 8
