Before contacting a service center If you are having trouble with your camera, try these troubleshooting procedures before contacting a service center. If you have attempted the troubleshooting solution and are still having problems with your device, contact your local dealer or service center. Situation Cannot turn on the camera The power turns off suddenly The camera is losing battery power quickly Suggested remedies t Make sure that the battery is inserted. t Make sure that the battery is inserted correctly. t Charge the battery. t Charge the battery. t Your camera may be in Power save mode.
