Reconnecting the Samsung Smart Control to the TV If the Samsung Smart Control stops operating or works abnormally, try replacing the batteries. If the problem persists, pair the Samsung Smart Control and TV again. 1. Move to within a foot of the TV, and then aim the Samsung Smart Control at the TV's remote control sensor.
