Appendix Capture function does not work. - Check the connection and the Input signal to see if there is signal. The Remote Control does not work. - Check the batteries. - Make sure no obstruction is between the projector and remote control. - Make sure you are not too far from the projector when using the remote control. Maximum operating range is 16.4' (5 m). - Make sure that the remote control code conforms to the projector's code. See page 52. - Unlock the Key lock function for the remote control. See page 54. - Wireless remote control does not work when the remote control cable is connected to the projector. Wireless Mouse function does not work. - Check the connection between the projector and your computer. - Check the mouse setting on your computer. - Turn on the projector before you turn on the computer. - Make sure the computer input is selected. - Make sure that the mouse driver is installed in your comput. To use the moue as a wireless mouse, the mouse driver needs to be installed in the computer. Indicator blinks or lights. - Check the status of the projector with referring to "indicators and Projector Condition." See pages 68-69. The exclamation mark appears on the screen. - Your operation is invalid. Operate correctly. The top control does not work. - Unlock Key lock for the projector in the Key lock function. Unable to unlock the Logo PIN code lock, Security key lock or Security PIN code lock. - Contact the dealer where you purchased the projector or the service center.
