TROUBLESHOOTING Shooting Problem The flash does not operate. The digital zoom does not work. Cause The flash off mode is selected. The battery pack is dead. The still image is set to I. The digital zoom setting is set to "OFF". Action Set the flash to automatic flash mode or forced flash mode. Recharge the battery pack, or replace with a fully charged battery pack.
