TROUBLESHOOTING Shooting Problem An image is not captured when the [ ] button or [ ] button is pressed. The flash does not operate. Cause The power is not turned on. The maximum number of images that can be captured or the maximum video clip recording time has been reached. The flash off mode is selected. The battery pack is dead. Action If the power save function was activated, turn on the camera before shooting. If the camera was turned off, press the ON/ OFF button to turn it on. Install a new card. Delete the images that are not necessary. Set the flash to automatic flash mode or forced flash mode. Recharge the battery pack, or replace with a fully charged battery pack.
