Console The Console provides important information about your workout and lets you control the resistance levels while you exercise. The Console has a grid display with touch control buttons to navigate you through the exercise programs. Power-Up Mode The Console will enter POWER-UP mode if it is plugged into a power source, any button is pushed, or if it receives an indication from the RPM sensor as a result of pedaling the machine.
