Assembly Step 2: Front Stabilizer Parts • Assembly from Step 1 • #3 - Front Stabilizer (Qty 1) Hardware • #24 - M8 x 20 Button Head Bolt (Qty 2) • #26 - M10 x 80 Button Head Bolt (Qty 2) • #27 - M8 Spring Lock Washer (Qty 2) • #28 - M8 Flat Washer (Qty 2) • #30 - M10 Spring Lock Washer (Qty 2) • #31 - M10 Wide Flat Washer (Qty 4) • #32 - M10 Hex Lock Nut (Qty 2) Tools • 6mm Hex Key • C ombination Wrench (or 17mm socket wrench - not included) Note: This step requires two people. 2-1 H ave one person lift the front of the Main Assembly while the second person slides the Front Stabilizer under the Main Assembly bracket with the wheels facing away from the Main Assembly. 2-2 Seat the Main Assembly bracket on the Front Stabilizer and align the bolt holes. Note: If you have difficulty seating the Main Assembly onto the Front Stabilizer, lift the Rear Stabilizer a few inches off of the floor until the bolt holes line up. 2-3 Install two M8 x 20 Button Head Bolts (#24), two M8 Spring Lock Washers (#27) and two M8 Flat Washers (#28) through the top bolt holes. 2-4 Install two M10 x 80 Button Head Bolts (#26) into the front bolt holes with two M10 Spring Lock Washers (#30), four M10 Wide Flat Washers (#31) and two M10 Hex Lock Nuts (#32) as shown. 2-5 Tighten the hardware. 24 27 28 31 32 Figure 2 5 Assembly Manual 26 30 31 3
