Cheetah 9LP Product Manual, Rev. C 1 1.0 Scope This manual describes Seagate Technology®, Inc. Cheetah 9LP™ disc drives. Cheetah 9LP drives support the small computer system interface (SCSI) as described in the ANSI SCSI, SCSI-2, and SCSI-3 (Fast-20 and Fast-40) interface specifications to the extent described in this manual. The SCSI Interface Product Manual (part number 77738479) describes general SCSI interface characteristics of this and other families of Seagate drives. From this point on in this product manual the reference to Cheetah 9LP models is referred to as "the drive" unless references to individual models are necessary. Figure 1.
