3. COMPUTATION FOR NAVIGATION _c 3-1. Calculation of time, speed and distance A. Time calculation [Problem] Ground speed : Distance to fly : Time to fly 200 MPH 100 miles [Solution] (1) Bring 20 on the bezel ruler and the time index (60 MPH) on the dial ruler in line. (2) Read the dial ruler scale at a position corresponding to 10 on the bezel ruler scale. The number is 30.
