Connecting the in-flight adapter - headphones

US Connecting the in-flight adapter CAUTION! Danger of damage to the device! On some aircraft there is a small 2.5 mm jack socket as part of the audio socket. This small socket is DC power for aircraftissue ANR (Active Noise Reducing) headphones and is not used by the CX 6 travel. ̈ Use the supplied in-flight adapter to connect the CX 6 travel only to 3.5 mm jack sockets. The supplied in-flight adapter is for connection to the in-flight entertainment system of the aircraft. Note When operating the ear canal phones in the aircraft, always use the in-flight adapter! ̈ Fold out the second jack plug of the in-flight adapter if there are two jack sockets (double mono) in the aircraft. ̈ Plug the in-flight adapter onto the jack plug of the ear canal phones. ̈ Connect the in-flight adapter to the 3.5 mm stereo socket or the twin 3.5 mm mono sockets in the aircraft. 3

Connecting the in-flight adapter
The supplied in-flight adapter is for connection to the
in-flight entertainment system of the aircraft.
Note
When operating the ear canal phones in the aircraft,
always
use the in-flight adapter!

Fold out the second jack plug of the in-flight adapter
if there are two jack sockets (double mono) in the
aircraft.

Plug the in-flight adapter onto the jack plug of the
ear canal phones.

Connect the in-flight adapter to the
3.5 mm
stereo
socket or the twin
3.5 mm
mono sockets in the
aircraft.
