ON/OFF indicator LED (L2) STAND-BY indicator LED (L1) 12 infrared diodes BRIEF DESCRIPTION Every single SZI 20 infrared auxiliary radiator has sufficient IR capacity to illuminate rooms of up to 70 m° (either mono or stereo). SZI 20 infrared auxiliary radiators are an integral part of Sennheiser's modular IR systems which allow added flexibility in the setting up of wireless sound transmission systems. Please find enclosed with this product a list of available mothiles. FEATURES • No adjustment • Automatic on/off function set in action by the RF signal • Socket for the connection of additional infrared auxiliary radiators MAINS CONNECTION Connect the NT 20 power supply unit (available as an accessory, to be ordered separately) to the mains. Plug the cable into socket (S) on the transmitter. Pay attention to the correct direction of the plug. ACCESSORIES (TO BE ORDERED SEPARATELY) • Please see the enclosed list. INSTALLATION • Position the infrared auxiliary radiator as high as possible (eye-level). Make sure that the diodes point at the receiver. Use IZK 20 dips. • Keep the diodes unobstructed (by shelves, curtains etc.)! For maximum sound reception, a clear line of sight should exist between the LED on the receiver and the LEDs on the transmitter. 8
