BEFORE CALLING FOR SERVICE The malfunction shown in the left-hand column below, labeled "Condition," does not necessarily indicate functional faults of the terminal. It is therefore advisable to refer to the "Checking" shown in the right-hand column before calling for service. Condition Checking The power indicator LED does not lit ORANGE. • Is power supplied to the electrical outlet? Is the AC power cord plug out or loosely connected to the electrical outlet? The power indicator LED does not • Is the power switch turned to "ON"? lit GREEN. LIST OF OPTIONS The following options are available for your POS terminal: Do not try to install options yourself. The ER-48CC3 till is used for the ER-03DW 8. The ER-48CC2 till is used for the ER-04DW 9. The ER-58CC till is used for the ER-05DW Note: You cannot use the UP-I20DP and the UP-P20DP/UP-P20DPB simultaneously. 7
