Troubleshooting PROBLEM The iron is plugged in but soleplate is cold. No steam released. Steam Burst not working. No spray mist released. Soleplate is too cool. Water leaks from soleplate. Damage to fabric. Flakes and impurities come out of the soleplate holes during ironing. POSSIBLE CAUSE SOLUTION Electrical outlet does not work. Plug in to another outlet. There is a connection problem. The temperature setting has been set to "Low". Check if the plug is inserted in the outlet properly. Set the temperature setting to a higher temperature. Low water in the Water Tank. Fill the Water Tank using instructions found in this manual. Steam Selector is in Steam Off position. Turn the Steam Selector to Steam ON position. Low water in the Water Tank. Fill the Water Tank using instructions found in this manual. First time use. Press the Burst of Steam Button a few times until Steam Burst is released. Low water in the Water Tank. Fill the Water Tank using instructions found in this manual. First time use. Press the Spray Button a few times until spray mist is released. Troubleshooting
This electrical appliance complies with directive 2002/96/EC (Waste Electrical and Electronic
Equipment – WEEE).
The meaning of the crossed-through waste bin symbol on the appliance is the
product must be disposed of separately to other household waste at the end of
the useful life of the appliance. The user is responsible for delivering appliance
to an appropriate collection center at that time.
Appropriate separate collection for environment-friendly treatment and recycling prevents or
reduces harmful effect on the environment and human health. You can obtain information on
available collection services in your area by contacting your local Council waste collection
department, or the retailer from which you bought the appliance.
