All types and combinations of loads are permitted, provided that the dishes, pots and pans are arranged with all the soiled surfaces exposed to the water jets coming from the bottom. To make the most of the space inside the rack when loading large items, certain models are equipped with tip-up supports for plates in 2 or 4 sections (see fig. 5-09).
