Sounds & alerts You can choose to be notified of an incoming call by the buzzing of the vibrating alert. You can set the phone's vibrating alert to one of the following: • On - all the time. • On if silent - on when the ring volume is turned off or when you have set the phone to silent. • Off - all the time. To set the vibrating alert 1. Scroll to Settings, YES, Sounds & alerts, YES, Vibrating alert, YES. 2. Select the setting you want, YES. Menu language Most SIM cards automatically set the menu language to the language of the country where you bought your SIM card. If this is not the case, the preset language is English. To change the menu language 1. Scroll to Settings, YES, Language, YES, Menus, YES. 2. Select a language, YES. Note: You can always choose Automatic by pressing 8888 in standby. You can always choose English by pressing 0000 in standby. Display light The display light can be set to automatic, off or on.
