Troubleshooting No battery icon appears when I start charging the phone Possible cause: The battery is empty or has not been used for a long time. Solution: It may take up to 30 minutes before the battery icon appears on the screen. Some menu options appear in grey Possible cause: Grey text indicates a function that is temporarily unavailable. A service is not activated, or your subscription does not support the function. Solution: Contact your network operator.
