Troubleshooting Troubles about the Album on the Web The message "DI Customer ID profile Incomplete" appears and your camcorder cannot access the Album on the Web. c The DI customer ID is required to use the Album on the Web. You cannot view or edit your album, send an invitation card, or upload still images and/or moving pictures. (A four-digit error code appears.) c See "Album error codes" (p. 145). It takes some time to load the album. c The web page may be busy. Try connecting through another provider or access point, or connect during off-peak times. A still image or moving picture cannot be deleted. c There may be no still images and/or moving pictures. Tap . A still image or moving picture cannot be downloaded. c There may be no still images and/or moving pictures. Tap . Troubles about sending a still image - DCR-TRV80 only SEND does not function. c A still image is not being played back. c An invalid image is being played back. The message "Bluetooth Authentication Error" appears, and you cannot send a still image. c The authentication time limit (30 seconds) is over. c You did not enter the correct passkey. c The connected device was disconnected. c The passkey you entered is wrong. Enter the correct passkey. The message "Bluetooth Connection Error" appears, and you cannot send a still image. c The Bluetooth device you want to connect to is not turned on. c The Bluetooth device is too far from your camcorder. c The radio waves between your camcorder and the connected device were blocked. c The Bluetooth device you want to connect to is already connected to other devices. c The connected device was disconnected. c The Bluetooth device you want to connect to is not compatible with BIP. The message "Bluetooth Communication Disconnected" or "Send Error" appears, and you cannot send a still image. c The connected Bluetooth device is turned off. c The Bluetooth device is too far from your camcorder. c The radio waves between your camcorder and the connected device were blocked. c The connected device was disconnected. c The Bluetooth device you want to connect to is not compatible with BIP. c The connection was rejected by the connected Bluetooth device. Check the settings or operations of the connected device. c You sent the still image that the connected Bluetooth device cannot receive. 134
