Set the mode switch to (Still Image). 2. MENU (REC Mode) (Intelligent Auto) on the control button 3. Shoot with the shutter button. Note You may not be able to set some functions depending on the selected REC mode. For details, see "Functions not available in some REC modes" [Details] and "MENU items not available in some REC modes." [Details] On Scene Recognition Scene Recognition operates in Intelligent Auto mode. This function lets the camera automatically recognize the shooting conditions and shoot the image. When the camera recognizes (Twilight), (Twilight Portrait), (Backlight), (Backlight Portrait), (Landscape), (Macro) or (Portrait), the corresponding Scene Recognition icon and guide is displayed on the LCD screen.
