Table of Contents Enjoy Useful Functions Using the Video Light (HDR-CX360/ CX360V/PJ30/PJ30V) You can use the Video Light depending on the surrounding condition. Keep a distance of about 0.3 m to 1.5 m (1 foot to 5 feet) between the camcorder and the subject when you use the video light. Recording in mirror mode LED Video Light Each time you press the LIGHT button, the indicator changes as follows. No indicator (Off) (On) ... (Auto) Press the LIGHT button repeatedly to cancel the Video Light. Notes The Video Light generates strong light. Do not use the Video Light directly in front of the eyes at close range. The battery drains quickly while using the Video Light. Tips You can adjust the brightness of the Video Light using the [Light Bright] menu (p. 83). When the Video Light is set to (Auto), the video light may turn on and off repeatedly. In such a case, press LIGHT repeatedly to select (On). Open the LCD panel 90 degrees to the camcorder (), then rotate it 180 degrees to the lens side (). Tips A mirror-image of the subject appears on the LCD screen, but the image will be normal when recorded. Index US 39
