Using the Display Window Basic Operations Parts in the display window 1 Remaining memory indicator (15) 2 Bookmark indicator (31) Appears when the bookmark is set for a message. 3 Folder indication Displays the current folder (A, B, C, D or E). 4 Alarm indicator (46) Appears when the alarm is set for a message. 5 SENS (microphone sensitivity) indication (52) Displays the current microphone sensitivity: • H (high): To record at a meeting or in a quiet/ spacious place. • M (middle): To record at a meeting or in a quiet/small place. • L (low): To record for dictation or in a noisy place. 6 Priority marks (42) 7 Counter /Remaining time indication /Recording date and time indication / Current time indication (26) The display selected with the DISPLAY in the menu appears. 8 Repeat play indicator (21, 32) Appears while a message or a specific portion (A-B) of the message is played back repeatedly. 9 Remaining battery indicator (7) When the AC power adaptor (not supplied) is connected, the indicator does not appear. q; Recording mode indication (53) Displays the current recording mode: •ST: Stereo Play mode •SP: Standard Play mode (monaural sound) •LP: Long Play mode (monaural sound) qa REC (Recording) indicator (11) qs Selected message number / Total message number in the folder (11, 18) Continued 23GB
