Troubleshooting Troubleshooting If you experience trouble with your camera, try the following solutions. 1 Check the items on pages 62 to 65. 2 Turn the power off, and turn it on again after about one minute. 3 Consult your Sony dealer or local authorized Sony service facility. When repairing the camera, we may check a minimum amount of data stored on the internal memory in order to improve the condition. However, Sony dealer will neither copy nor save your data.
