If you press the MOVIE button during a zoom operation, the camera zooms in the range of [Digital Zoom]. • When you use the [Zoom] feature of the camera, the setting of [Autofocus Area] is invalid and the AF area is indicated with a dotted line. AF operates with priority on and around the center area. z The quality of the [Zoom] feature of the camera As the image is zoomed by digital processing in [Clear Image Zoom] and [Digital Zoom], the image quality deteriorates compared to that before zooming was used.
