Using the System Restore function of the Windows® XP operating system may cause the audio file database of SonicStage Premium to become corrupted and rendered unplayable. Before performing a system restore with Windows XP, create a back up of your songs using the SonicStage Premium Backup Tool utility. When you have completed the system restore, restore the audio file database using the SonicStage Premium Backup Tool utility. Can I use the System Restore function in Microsoft ® Windows® XP operating
system, if I have SonicStage Premium software installed?
Using the System Restore function of the Windows® XP operating system may
cause the audio file database of SonicStage Premium to become corrupted and
rendered unplayable.
Before performing a system restore with Windows XP, create a back up of your
songs using the SonicStage Premium Backup Tool utility. When you have
completed the system restore, restore the audio file database using the
SonicStage Premium Backup Tool utility.

How can I use SonicStage Premium software with a portable audio device?

Do not install OpenMG™ Jukebox software, Version 2.1 or lower, on your
computer. Install OpenMG Jukebox software,Version 2.2 or higher. Do not
run SonicStage Premium and OpenMG Jukebox applications
simultaneously.
If you install OpenMG Jukebox Version 2.2 or higher, the resulting audio
database is shared with SonicStage Premium software.
