Performing common tasks Using the Phone Lookup option The Phone Lookup option lets you find a telephone number from the Address list screen and lets you add the information that appears in this list to a record. For example, you can add a telephone number from the Address list to an entry in Memo Pad. 1 Display the record in which you want to insert a phone number. The record can be in Date Book, To Do List, or Memo Pad. 2 Tap the Menu icon. The menu of the application appears. 3 Tap Options, and tap Phone Lookup. The Phone Number Lookup screen appears. 4 Tap the phone number you want to add.
