For details on the connection, see page 59. 1 On the remote, press 2ND while pressing down USE MODE. The remote switches to the 2nd room mode. For details on the supplied remote, refer to the operating instructions supplied with the remote. 2 Turn on the receiver (this receiver) in the main room. 3 Press ?/1 on the remote. The 2nd room output is turned on. 4 Turn on the amplifier in the 2nd room. 5 Press one of the function buttons on the remote (or press 2ND ROOM on this receiver repeatedly) to select the source signals you want to output. (Analog audio signals only) The sources change cyclically as follows: SOURCE* t TAPE t MD/DAT t CD/SACD t TUNER * The signals of the current function is output. 2ND ROOM OUT 6 Press MATER VOL +/- on the remote to adjust the volume of the 2nd room. The default setting of the volume is -∞ dB (no sound output). Note When this receiver is turned off, the 2nd room output is also turned off. 58GB

The default setting of the volume is –

(no sound output).
Note
When this receiver is turned off, the 2nd room output
is also turned off.
