Setting the Recording Level 1 Press and hold /MENU to enter the menu mode. The menu mode window will be displayed. 2 Press or to select "REC LEVEL," then press . /MENU 3 Press or to select recording level you want, then press . You can set the recording level in the menu when the IC recorder is stopped or is recording. "REC LEVEL" is set to "HIGH " when you purchase the IC recorder. LOW : To record dictation with a microphone in front of your mouth, a sound near the IC recorder, or a loud sound.
