Operation flow 1. Turn power on. 1 If the Network Media Receiver is connected to a hub or a router with built-in hub, turn on the hub or router. 2 Turn on the computer. 3 Press the TV POWER button on the remote control to turn on the TV set. 4 Use the TV/VIDEO button on the remote control to select the input to which the Network Media Receiver is connected. 5 Press the Network Media Receiver POWER button on the remote control to turn on the Network Media Receiver. The standby indicator changes to green, and the "Select a server..." screen appears on the TV. 2. Select a server. When you turn on the Network Media Receiver on, a list of all media servers on your network appears. (This is called the "Select a server..." screen.) Select the server which has the content that you want to access. z What is a server? In this context, "server" refers to any computer connected to your network that is configured to share media content. A list of all content on the selected server that is compatible with the Network Media Receiver is displayed. (This is called the content list.) Select the desired content from the list. You can also change the display format and the sort order of the list. z What is content? Any video file, music file, or image file stored on the computer that is compatible with the Network Media Receiver is called "content".
