Connect the AC adapter /power cord. or DC 12V IN STANDALONE PC/PRINT R AUDIO IN L VIDEO IN S VIDEO IN DV IN 2 Power ON ! 3 4 R AUDIO IN L VIDEO IN R AUDIO IN L VIDEO IN If the video device has an S VIDEO jack, it is recommended to use an S VIDEO cable ( not suppied ). 5 6 Video DVD Video DVD Turn on the video device, and ready it for playback. Press to turn on DVDirect and press to insert a disc. Press the start button of the video device. HQ Recording 00:00:03 PAUSE STOP Press to start recording. HQ Menu Remaining 00:12:34 REC Press to stop recording, and press to eject the disc. When ejecting the disc, see "About Finalize." One Touch Recording Target discs: You can burn the entire contents of your digital video on DVD by one touch of a button. Before you start recording, change the [DV Full Dubbing] setting to [ON] in the setup menu. (See Operating Instructions for details.) 1 Connect your digital video camera* to DVDirect with a DV ( i.LINK ) cable ( not supplied ). Connect the AC adapter /power cord. *DV/Digital8 camcorder input only. MICROMV camcorder is not supported. DC 12V IN STANDALONE PC/PRINT R AUDIO IN L VIDEO IN S VIDEO IN DV IN DV IN 2 Power ON ! 3 4 DV DVD 5 DV DVD Turn on the digital video camera, and ready it for playback. Press to turn on DVDirect and press to insert a disc. HQ Recording 00:00:03 PAUSE STOP Press to start recording. The DVDirect controls the digital video camera for the whole process. HQ Menu Remaining 00:12:34 REC Recording is completed automatically. Press to eject the disc. When ejecting the disc, see "About Finalize."
