Service Information 22 Service Information This use & care guide gives you the information necessary to preserve your wine at optimum quality in your Sub-Zero wine storage unit. If you do need service, be sure to have the model and serial number of your unit when you call. The numbers are listed on the product rating plate. For models 424G and 424FSG, the rating plate is located on the underside of the top wall. For models 427G, 427RG and WS-30, it is attached to the underside of the control panel. Refer to pages 5-7 for location of the rating plate for your specific model. For warranty purposes, you will also need the date of installation and the name of your authorized Sub-Zero dealer. Record this information below for future reference.
