PRODUCT CHANGE NOTIFICATION Issue Date: Apr 29, 2022 Implementation Date: Apr 29, 2022 PCN Number: PCN-006 PCN Title: SA3400/SA3600 circuit board alternative source implementation To avoid shortage of material, Synology has approved an alternative source of circuit board in SA3400 and SA3600 models. The proposed replacement motherboard has been evaluated with reliability tests based on Synology general quality specifications. The evaluation has demonstrated that the specification, function, quality, and reliability of the replacement part is unchanged. SA3400 and SA3600 using the existing part and the replacement part will be produced and shipped in parallel. For any questions or concerns, contact us.
