Troubleshooting Having trouble completing the guided setup? Don't worry, it's usually an easy fix. 8K Picture Quality Cannot connect to wireless network (WiFi) • For streaming services that support 8K resolution, check with the content provider for network bandwidth requirements to support 8K resolution streaming. • For devices like game consoles and computer graphics cards that are capable of supporting 8K resolution, make sure the device has the latest software that supports 8K resolution output and make sure that the game title or program is also capable of supporting 8K resolution. • When connecting to devices that support 8K resolution output, make sure to use an HDMI cable that is marked as a certified "Ultra High Speed HDMI Cable". Older HDMI cables are not capable of supporting 8K resolution, so only the latest ultra high speed HDMI cables are required to support 8K or even 4K / 120Hz. • Make sure that the TV is set to receive HDMI 2.1 signals by checking the menu setting under Settings / TV Inputs / HDMI Mode / select either "auto" or "HDMI 2.1". My picture is too small (black bars on the side) • Select the correct wireless network name and verify the password entered (case sensitive). • Relocate the router from objects that interfere with performance (cordless phones, baby monitors, etc.). • Reboot the router by disconnecting the power for more than 2 minutes and reconnect. Having trouble completing the guided setup? Don’t worry, it’s usually an easy fix.
8K Picture Quality
For streaming services that support 8K resolution,
check with the content provider for network
bandwidth requirements to support 8K resolution
streaming.
For devices like game consoles and computer
graphics cards that are capable of supporting 8K
resolution, make sure the device has the latest
software that supports 8K resolution output and
make sure that the game title or program is also
capable of supporting 8K resolution.
When connecting to devices that support 8K
resolution output, make sure to use an HDMI
