Troubleshooting Having trouble completing the guided setup? Don't worry, it's usually an easy fix. 8K Picture Quality Cannot connect to wireless network (WiFi) • For streaming services that support 8K resolution, check with the content provider for network bandwidth requirements to support 8K resolution streaming. • For devices like game consoles and computer graphics cards that are capable of supporting 8K resolution, make sure the device has the latest software that supports 8K resolution output and make sure that the game title or program is also capable of supporting 8K resolution. • When connecting to devices that support 8K resolution output, make sure to use an HDMI cable that is marked as a certified "Ultra High Speed HDMI Cable".
