Troubleshooting Having trouble completing installation? Don't worry, it's usually an easy fix. PROBLEMS SOLUTIONS SETUP I'm having issues starting my air purifier. Ensure the plug is pushed completely into the outlet. Appliances should be plugged directly into a wall outlet. No air is coming out of the top of the unit. My air quality has not improved after running for a long time. AIR PURIFICATION The unit has issues removing particles from the air. The air coming out of the air purifier has a particular smell. DISPLAY There is a red indicator flashing for a long time. Make sure there are no curtains, blinds, or furniture blocking the air intake. • Make sure the filter is installed correctly. • Lower your home's humidity or place the unit in a less humid area. • Make sure there are no curtains, blinds, or furniture blocking the air intake. • The room may be too large. Check the product's recommended coverage. Depending on your environment, the filter may need to be replaced earlier. Try replacing filter for better results.
