Troubleshooting EN Problem The appliance does not turn on Fault indicator on handle display is on Power brush uninstalled indicator on Voice prompt: Please install the power brush and try again Brush roller tangled indicator on Voice prompt: The brush roller is stuck, please clean the brush roller WiFi indicator is off CWT empty indicator on Voice prompt: The clean water tank is lack of water, please add water DWT full indicator on Voice prompt: Please check the dirty water tank All lights off in operation Battery indicator in red LED loop illuminates red Self-cleaning button doesn't work The appliance shuts off automatically Voice prompt: Appliance is not upright. Check the appliance and restart it Possible cause 1. No power 2. Auto protection for overheating 1. Brush roller uninstalled or tangled 2. CWT empty 3. DWT full 4. Self-cleaning needed Solution 1. Charge the appliance 2.
