Permitted to use for local networks of aircraft crew service communications on board aircraft in area of the airport and at all stages of flight. 2. Permitted to use for public wireless access local networks on board aircraft during a flight at the altitude not less than 3000m. To remain in conformance with European spectrum usage laws for Wireless LAN operation, the above 2.4GHz and 5GHz channel limitations apply for outdoor usage. The user should use the wireless LAN utility to check the current channel of operation. If operation is occurring outside of the allowable frequencies for outdoor use, as listed above, the user must contact the applicable national spectrum regulator to request a license for outdoor operation. Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) This device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation.
