exchange program DVD Players, contact TACP’s Call
Center toll free at 1-866-583-7353.
(2)
You must include the original bill of sale (or a copy of the
original bill of sale) or other proof of purchase along with
the entire DVD Player when sending the DVD Player to
the Authorized TACP Service Station specified by TACP’s
Call Center.
You must pay for all transportation and

Authorized TACP Service Station.
