English Connections Using S -VIDEO Jack MAINS Connecting to a Stereo System A Use the S - video cable to connect the DVD player' s S-VIDEO jack to the S-VIDEO jack on the TV(cable not supplied). B To hear the sound of this DVD Player through your TV, use the audio cables (white/red) to connect AUDIO OUT (L/R) jacks of the DVD player to the corresponding AUDIO IN jacks on the TV (cable not supplied). C Set video out to S-Video to enable output of S-Video signal. (see page 18 {Video Out}). Tip: -Using S-video and Component Video jacks in combination is not recommended when you connect to television. MAINS Stereo system has Dolby Pro Logic or Right/Left Audio In Jacks A Select one of the video connections (CVBS VIDEO IN, S-Video IN or COMPONENT VIDEO IN) depending on the options available on your TV. B Use the audio cables (white/red) to connect AUDIO OUT (L/R) jacks of the DVD Player to the corresponding AUDIO IN jacks on the stereo system . Helpful hint: before making or changing any connections, make sure that all the devices are disconnected from the power outlet.
