Others Before Calling Service Personnel Check the following guide for the possible cause of a problem before contacting service. Symptoms and correction Symptom No power. The LCD turned off by itself. Cause • The AC adapter or power plug is disconnected. • The battery pack has been removed. • Battery empty. • The automatic LCD off function turned the LCD off. • The player is not set to the external output mode (AV-OUT). Correction • Connect the AC adapter or power plug securely. • Install the battery pack. • Re-charge the battery. • Press any button. • Press MODE and switch to the external output mode (AV-OUT).
