Exploring Your Options Emulating a full-size keyboard 174 Never remove a SCSI card while any of the SCSI devices connected to it are operating. DEFINITION: SCSI is an acronym for Small Computer Systems Interface. A single SCSI PC Card enables you to connect several SCSI devices, such as a scanner or digital camera to your computer. Before removing a PC Card, shut it down by clicking the PC Card (PCMCIA) icon on the taskbar. Once the PC Card has stopped, you can safely remove it. Emulating a full-size keyboard Although the Satellite computer's keyboard layout is compatible with a standard full-size keyboard, it has fewer keys. Pressing the Fn key simultaneously in combination with one of the specially marked keys allows you to emulate a fullsize keyboard.
