160 Utilities TOSHIBA Service Station TOSHIBA Service Station The TOSHIBA Service Station helps you keep your new computer running at its best by notifying you when updated software, firmware, documentation or other information is available for your computer. If you have enabled the TOSHIBA Service Station, it will alert you when updates are available, and you can then choose to install the updates if you wish. To enable the TOSHIBA Service Station: 1 Click the icon in the Notification Area of your Windows® desktop. The TOSHIBA Agreement Notification Utility displays, providing an overview of the TOSHIBA PC Health Monitor and the TOSHIBA Service Station. NOTE ❖ For more information about the TOSHIBA PC Health Monitor, please see "TOSHIBA PC Health Monitor" on page 162. ❖ If the icon does not appear in the Notification Area, you can use the TOSHIBA Application Installer to install the TOSHIBA PC Health Monitor. For more information see "TOSHIBA Application Installer" on page 145. 2 Click Next to continue. The Windows User Account Control screen displays. 3 Click Continue.

TOSHIBA Service Station
The TOSHIBA Service Station helps you keep your new computer
running at its best by notifying you when updated software,
firmware, documentation or other information is available for your
computer. If you have enabled the TOSHIBA Service Station, it
will alert you when updates are available, and you can then choose
to install the updates if you wish.
To enable the TOSHIBA Service Station:

Click the
icon in the Notification Area of your Windows
®
desktop.
The TOSHIBA Agreement Notification Utility displays,
providing an overview of the TOSHIBA PC Health Monitor
and the TOSHIBA Service Station.
