3. Tests and Diagnostics 3.12 Keyboard Test 3.11 Keyboard Test The keyboard test checks the all keys function. NOTE: The Num Lock and the Overlay mode must be off to execute the keyboard test. Before keyboard test starts, the keyboard matrix code should be chosen as below display: 1. K (UK, for Europe) 2. S (US, for America) 3. J (JP, for Japan) When you execute this test, the keyboard layout is drawn on the display. When any key is pressed, the corresponding key on the screen changes to black as shown below. It will indicate whether the subtest is passed or failed after the question. NOTE: The "Fn" key cannot be tested in the keyboard test.
