MULTI-HANDSET FEATURES note •If all handsets are paged, only the first party to answer the page will connect. •If you do not select a handset within ten seconds, the operation will be canceled. Call Transfer Feature The call transfer feature allows you to transfer a call between two handsets. 1) During a call, press hold/transfer/int'com. 2) Use /vol/∧ or /vol/∨ to select the handset you want to transfer the call to, then press select/ / audio tone. The call will automatically be placed on hold, and a *QNFVQVTCPUHGT *CPFUGV *CPFUGV paging tone sounds. To cancel the transfer, press talk/flash or on the initiating handset. Answering a Call Transfer Page When the page tone sounds, the display will show the ID of the handset that is transferring the call. 1) Pick up the handset from the cradle. (If AutoTalk is enabled, the handset will automatically answers when you pick it up. Or if Any Key Answer is enabled, pressing a number key, */tone/ , or #/ will answer the page.) 2) Press talk/flash or intcom/hold.
