TROUBLESHOOTING Troubleshooting If your phone is not performing to your expectations, please try these simple steps first. The handset doesn't ring or receive a page. • Charge the batteries in the handset for 15-20 hours by placing the handset on the base or charging cradle. • Make sure that you are not too far from the base. • De-register the handset (see "De-register the Handset" on page 28) and register the handset (see "Register the Handset" on page 15).
