5. Commercial Display LAN Control 5.1. OSD Menu Setup for Network Connection To proceed the network setting, you will have to enter the OSD menu. SERIAL CONTROL 1. Select {LAN} as the nectwork control port. 2. Press [MENU] button on this Display's control. 3. 3UHVV>Ÿ@RU>ź@EXWWRQWRVHOHFWWKH {ADVANCED OPTION} menu. 4. Press [SET] button to enter the submenu. 5. ,QWKHVXEPHQXSUHVV>Ÿ@RU>ź@EXWWRQWR select the {SERIAL CONTROL} menu, press [+] or [-] button to select {LAN}. LAN SETTING Assign {IP ADDRESS}, {SUBNET MASK}, and {DEFAULT GATEWAY} for the display. NOTE: The {LAN SETTING} is available only after setting the {SERIAL CONTROL} to {LAN}. 1. Press [MENU] button on this Display's control. 2. 3UHVV>Ÿ@RU>ź@EXWWRQWRVHOHFWWKH^/$1 SETTING} menu. 3. Press [MENU] button to return to the previous menu, or press [MENU] button several times to exit the OSD menu. DHCP CLIENT To obtain an IP address automatically using a DHCP server, set this to {ON}. If DHCP server is not used, set this to {OFF}. IP ADDRESS Enter an IP address if DHCP server is not used. SUBNET MASK Enter a subnet mask if DHCP server is not used. DEFAULT GATEWAY Enter a gateway address if DHCP server is not used. 5.2. Before Using Web Browser Control To use the Web browser control, computer setups are required. Computer Setup (for Windows operating system) Disable proxy server settings 1. Display [Internet Properties] window. 2. Click [Start] ->[Control Panel]->[Network and Internet Connections]->[Internet Options]. 3. Click the [Connections] tab and then [LAN Settings]. 4. 'HVHOHFWWKH>8VHDXWRPDWLFFRQ¿JXUDWLRQ script] and [Use a proxy server for your LAN] boxes. 5. Click [OK]. 5.3. Access from Web Browser Access to the TOP screen of the Web browser control using a Web browser. 1. Start your Web browser. 2. Enter the IP address from the {IP ADDRESS} set with the {LAN SETTING} of this Display. 3. Enter the {Username} and {Password} when the Authentication screen is displayed. Default {Username} and {Password} are as follows: {Username}: admin {Password}: 0000 NOTE:The "Web Browser Control" is currently supported with Windows IE7, IE8 or IE9. Picture Screen 24

5.1.
OSD Menu Setup for Network
Connection
To proceed the network setting, you will have to
enter the OSD menu.
SERIAL CONTROL
1. Select {
LAN
} as the nectwork control port.
2.
Press [MENU] button on this Display’s control.
3.
{ADVANCED OPTION} menu.
4.
Press [SET] button to enter the submenu.
5.
select the {
SERIAL CONTROL
} menu, press
[+] or [-] button to select {
LAN
}.
LAN SETTING
Assign {
IP ADDRESS
}, {
SUBNET MASK
}, and
{
DEFAULT GATEWAY
} for the display.
NOTE:
The {
LAN SETTING
} is available only after
setting the {
SERIAL CONTROL
} to {
LAN
}.

Press [MENU] button on this Display’s control.

Before Using Web Browser Control
To use the Web browser control, computer setups
are required.
